star wars frame
So I promised my little one that I would make him a starwars picture frame since I couldn't find one. So I took this frame that I got at target clearanced at .50

and I got star wars wrapping paper clearanced at $2 at Target (gotta love that store) added some mod podge and I made this:

He had me take a picture of his favorite star wars guy to put in the frame, but until I print it he is in the picture pretending to be a jedi.

wall art done
I finally finished my wall art. I scraplifted this idea from a Making Memories kit. I used chipboard, basic grey papers, ribbon, making memories definition stickers, 3bugs in a rug rubons, ink, brads,
I doubled the thickness on the chipboard to give it some more weight. For the photo corners and frame I ran some basic grey paper through my cuttlebug using the fiskars texture plates adhered them to chipboard and then inked it. I really like how it all turned out and the best part is that I didn't spend any extra money on this - I just used what I had in my stash.
I just need to find a place for it my den.

I won I won I won
How exciting. My LSS Ruban Rouge had an online contest for a baggie full of goodies that they got from CHA and I was one of three winners. How cool is that. This was my second Monday in a row that I got great news, last week I was picked for a design team and this week I won a contest. Yay.

Exciting News
I have been selected to be on http://www.scrappydreams.com Design Team.
I had totally forgotten that I had applied for the position. It had been a while since I had submitted and I just thought that I wasn't chosen. When I got the email saying that I was picked I didn't believe it at first, but I has finally sunk in the I was chosen. I am so excited.
