few more cards
Here are a couple of cards that I did for http://cardsketchaday.blogspot.com/
This is sketch 77 you can't see it that well from the photo, but I stamped the dress using a glue pad and then applied flock to it.
This is sketch 81.

swap items and winnings
For this months QK swap (gift tags) I used my silhouette to cut out the shape of the snowman before stamping. It saved so much time of having to cut it out.
I made this recipe card for last months QK swap - I got to use a tilda stamp :)
I won the Spellbound collection off of the Making Memories blog - how cool - I am so glad that I didn't buy any of this yet. I had the stamps in my hand last week and then put them down.

Cute Card Thursday
Here is my card for Cute Card Thursday Challenge. The challenge was to use lots of sparkle.
After this I have no doubt that I am glitter challenged. I will get the hang of this stuff - I just need to keep working with it.

Sketch Saturday Tilda
Isn't she a cutie. I just love the Magnolia Tilda stamps. This card is based on this weeks sketch from Sketch Saturday.
Tilda and Co Challenge
Here is my card based on this weeks sketch from Tilda & Co Challenge Blog.
Is it possible for someone to be glitter impaired - why do I have the hardest time with glitter - either it doesn't stay on the project when it looks good or it just doesn't look right and stays on. Anything out there to set glitter?

cards from sketches
Another image I got from a swap that I made using a sketch from Sketch Saturday.
This card is based on the sketch from 2 Sketches 4 You. I thought the sketch would work great as a tri-fold card.
I used the sketch from CPS with an image that I got in a swap.

a day in the park
This had started out as a thought for a card and then just kept growing and growing until I created this. I used my Magnolia Stamp for the Tilda and the Bench and I used my QK silhouette for the rest. There is dimension to this, the picture doesn't show it. I used pop dots on a bunch of the elements.

A card a day
I found this site and thought what a great site but I sure can't make one card a day because I wouldn't know what to do with the 365 cards I would make in a year. I guess I could always give them as gifts.
This card was based on sketch posted on 9/5/08.

OSW card by Verve Stamps
These were made from One Sheet Wonders posted here by Verve Stamps. I love how the pattern uses one 6x6 sheet of double sided paper. What a cute set

Sketch Saturday DT call cards
Here are my cards for the Sketch Saturday (http://sketchsaturday.blogspot.com) DT call. I love this sketch.
The butterfly is a sticker that I thought worked great on this page. I used Making Memories papers and ribbons, Studio G stamp, glitter pen, QK, and brads.
I am trying to find a new use of all my old paper piecing (tole painting) patterns. I thought why not use them on cards. I love how this turned out.

Swap Item
It has been a while. I have been busy creating enjoying the last few weeks of summer break with the boys. I have a bunch of stuff that I have created for a few calls - I will share some of them in the next few weeks.
Here is my tag for the RR QK swap. The scan cut off the bottom part of it. I used: QK tatoo art die, silhouette to cut out "dream", and some of the tags are embossed - I thought of it after most of the tags were done.
Here is my layout for RR August contest. I used: BoBunny papers, Inque stamps, Making Memories paint, buttons, popdots
