wall art done

I finally finished my wall art. I scraplifted this idea from a Making Memories kit. I used chipboard, basic grey papers, ribbon, making memories definition stickers, 3bugs in a rug rubons, ink, brads,

I doubled the thickness on the chipboard to give it some more weight. For the photo corners and frame I ran some basic grey paper through my cuttlebug using the fiskars texture plates adhered them to chipboard and then inked it. I really like how it all turned out and the best part is that I didn't spend any extra money on this - I just used what I had in my stash.

I just need to find a place for it my den.

Thank You LISA and Ruban Rouge!!!!

I took a trip over to Ruban Rouge this morning to pick up my prize bag and all I can say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I was so surprised and it brightened my day. Have I told you guys lately how much I just LOVE this store. If you are ever in the area you MUST stop in. Everyone is so nice and friendly and they have so much great stuff. Yay!

I got an idea book, a tshirt, SEI paper (love the morning meadow paper), Making Memories, stamps...chipboard shapes...glue eraser...paint...paint brushes, adhesive (I so need more glue dots and lines), scissors, glossy accents, crackle, rubons, Heidi Swapp lip gloss...oh my. I just loved it all.

I have one question - What in the world is this??? Anyone????

I won I won I won

How exciting. My LSS Ruban Rouge had an online contest for a baggie full of goodies that they got from CHA and I was one of three winners. How cool is that. This was my second Monday in a row that I got great news, last week I was picked for a design team and this week I won a contest. Yay.

Exciting News

I have been selected to be on http://www.scrappydreams.com Design Team.

I had totally forgotten that I had applied for the position. It had been a while since I had submitted and I just thought that I wasn't chosen. When I got the email saying that I was picked I didn't believe it at first, but I has finally sunk in the I was chosen. I am so excited.
